ARMADA GLOBAL

When ArmadaGlobal was looking for new office space to address the growth of our company we knew we wanted our new facility to reflect the personality and culture of our company as a dynamic, contemporary, market leading organization. A standard “run of the mill” office build-out simply would not work. We were looking for a space that would set us apart from our competitors and position us to recruit the absolutely best talent to staff our growing business. But we needed someone to help bring our vision to reality. We looked to Lena Munther at Munther Design to create a space that was beautifully unique, dynamic and reflective of our company culture and business and that could handle our rapid growth while remaining functional. Plus we still had to work within a budget. Costs still mattered. 

Munther Design listened attentively to our vision and needs and suggested a very creative and practical space design solution. They handled all our needs during the initial 12,000 sq. ft. build-out, including preparation of Architectural drawings, specifications, furniture & art selections and purchases and provided oversight of our entire construction project.  

Munther Design also provided ArmadaGlobal with comprehensive relocation services needed to move our staff and equipment. Then when our business out grew our new space, we again turned to Munther Design two years after the initial build-out to design our additional 8,000 sq. ft. extension of our existing space. 

Beyond design, Lena and her team even served as ArmadaGlobal’s representatives during the two separate build-outs, working closely with Merritt Construction Services to insure that every design phase was being implemented as we envisioned. 

Our staff loves coming to work every day and our space contributed to ArmadaGlobal being voted “A Best Places to Work” winner in the mid-market companies’ category by Baltimore Business Journal in 2014 after being a finalist in 2012. Visitors to our office regularly comment on the unique and special atmosphere we have created at ArmadaGlobal. We directly credit Lena and her team for not only bringing our vision into reality but for giving us much more than we ever envisioned for our new corporate offices.  This is a space that we will enjoy for a long time to come. I cannot recommend Lena and Munther Design enough. She and her team are a joy to work with.
